We offer several shipping methods for deliveries in the United States. We also will ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. The charge is a flat fee of $14.50. We cannot ship expedited orders to these areas.
SHIPPING
Inside the United States
We offer several shipping methods for our Clients in the United States.
- Standard Shipping ($1.00 per item) - in-stock items arrive within 5-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail - in-stock items arrive within 2-3 business days
- $4.95 if your total order is under $50.00
- $8.25 if your total order is over $50.00
- Overnight ($14.50) - in-stock items arrive in the next business day
To estimate your delivery date of in-stock items, please add one business day to from the day that you placed the order. PLEASE NOTE: For orders to go out on the same day the order is placed they must be entered by 1:30 EST or they WILL NOT be processed until the following business day.
International Shipment
We also offer shipping methods for our International Clients
- Standard Shipping ($16.95) - in-stock items arrive within 7-10 business days
Delivery Information:
All in-stock items are shipped out within 24-48 business hours. We will contact you with estimated shipping date for back-ordered and special order items.
International Delivery
Customs restrictions prevent us from offering overnight or two-day delivery on any international orders including Canada and Mexico. - For Customs purposes the package content is indicated as "Socks".
Tracking number, Insurance and Liability
Luxelegwear.com cannot be held liable for loss or damage of the International packages unless it′s insured. If you′d like your package to be insured, please specify it in "Special Shipping Instructions" field, provided at the Check Out.

Payments on International Orders
In order to protect from online fraud, all orders outside USA and Canada will be shipped to the Billing Address only. If this is your first order, Luxelegwear.com may request additional billing information such as ID verification.
Our Returns Policy
At Luxelegwear.com, we stand behind every product that we sell. That is why we have an unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee on UNWORN items. Because of hygiene issues, we cannot accept any worn legwear and we cannot accept returns on special orders
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Unworn hosiery should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
